1. What this service is
AidMap compares the answers you give against the published eligibility rules of assistance programs, and tells you which ones look worth applying for and why. It is an information and organisation tool.
It is not an application, and it is not a decision. Eligibility estimates are informational and do not guarantee approval. Final eligibility and benefit amounts are determined solely by the agency or organization administering each program.
2. What this service is not
- Not a government agency. AidMap is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting for any federal, state, county, city, or tribal government, or any program listed in it.
- Not an application channel. We never submit an application for you. We link you to each program’s own official application.
- Not legal, financial, tax, or medical advice. For advice about your specific situation, speak to a qualified professional or to the administering agency.
- Not a lead generator. We do not sell your information, and we are not paid by any program for referring you.
3. Cost
AidMap is free to use. There is no paid tier, and we never ask for payment card details. If anyone asks you to pay to apply for a program you found here, treat that as a warning sign and contact the administering organization directly.
4. Accuracy of program information
Program rules, income limits, deadlines, and contact details change frequently, and are often varied by each state or county. We maintain a verification workflow and show you, on every program, whether its details have been checked against the official source and when.
We do not warrant that any program detail is current or complete. Always confirm with the administering organization before relying on it. Where a program is marked as unverified or out of date, treat it as a starting point for your own check.
5. Your responsibilities
- Give accurate answers. Results computed from wrong answers will be wrong.
- Keep your account credentials to yourself.
- Do not use the service to scrape the catalog in bulk, to probe it for vulnerabilities without permission, or to submit anyone else’s information without their knowledge.
- Do not misrepresent your circumstances to an administering agency. Benefit fraud is a serious offence, and nothing here is an invitation to commit it.
6. Demo data
Development and demonstration environments contain fictional programs and fictional households. These are labelled DEMO wherever they appear and point at reserved, non-routable domains. Do not act on them.
7. Accounts and termination
You may delete your account at any time from your privacy settings. We may suspend an account that is being used to attack the service or to harm other users. If we suspend or close your account, you may still request an export of your data.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AidMap is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. RAXX BEATS STUDIOS LLC is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service, including a benefit you were denied, a deadline you missed, or a program that changed its rules. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
