About this program

Oklahoma adopted the Medicaid expansion by ballot measure (State Question 802) and coverage for adults aged 19-64 began on 1 July 2021. There are no premiums for the expansion population. Someone entitled to Medicare cannot qualify through this pathway.

Oklahoma residents aged 19-64 with low income, plus children, pregnant people and people with disabilities under separate rules.
